Hi, I’m Misti.

You don’t lack discipline.

You lack structure.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of starting over, eating less, doing more cardio, and still feeling frustrated — it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because extreme plans don’t work long-term.

Through personalized 1:1 coaching, I help women build strength, confidence, and sustainable results using structured training and macro-based nutrition — available both online and in person.


Why I Became a Coach

That frustration is exactly why I decided to take my passion for nutrition and exercise and become certified as a:

  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Nutrition Coach
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • Strength & Conditioning Specialist

I didn’t want to hand out another cookie-cutter plan.
I wanted to do this differently.

I don’t believe in fad diets.
I don’t believe in starving yourself.
I don’t believe you need hours in the gym to see results.

My goal is to help you build a body and lifestyle you love — in a way that actually fits your real life.

A Little About Me

I’m a mom of three and a grandmother of (almost) six. Staying strong and active isn’t about aesthetics for me — it’s about being able to run, play, lift, and fully show up for the people I love.

And just so you know… I’m not Grandma. Not Granny. Not Nana.

I’m “Honey.” To my grandbabies — and honestly, to most babies I meet.
